Outside School Hours Care Educator: Casual and Vacation Care - Baldivis Are you passionate about making a difference in children’s lives? Whether you're looking for ongoing casual work or vacation care-only shifts, we have exciting opportunities for you Overview This role supports primary-aged children before school, after school, and during school holidays. You will maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program, help children grow, learn, and create lasting memories. Responsibilities In this role you’ll: Maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program. Take part in daily activities for primary-aged children. Prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks. Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local school community. Benefits Eligible for the ECEC Worker Retention Grant – an extra 10% on top of your award hourly rate. Eligibility & Qualifications Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills. You have completed, are studying, or are willing to study a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent. Valid Working with Children Check, Blue Card, or Ochre Card (or willingness to obtain). Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain). Availability between 6:30 am‑9:00 am & 2:30 pm‑6:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
