Kenmore Hills Early Learning is a family-owned and operated early childhood service nested in the leafy western suburbs of Brisbane. We are currently seeking enthusiastic Diploma Educators / Lead Educators (part-time / casual) to join our team of dedicated educators. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of developmentally appropriate, play-based programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework. Mentor and support educators and assistants, fostering a positive, collaborative team culture. Build strong partnerships with families and the community to enhance children’s learning experiences. Maintain comprehensive documentation of children’s learning and progress. Ensure the centre complies with all regulatory requirements, including the National Quality Framework and workplace health and safety. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the centre’s philosophy and policies.
