About the role As a Solutions Consultant with Access, you’ll be a member of a dynamic team, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales success by showcasing tailored solutions to meet client needs. You'll collaborate with functions, engage with clients, and contribute to the success of our Accountants Division solutions. About You As a great internal networker, you will build strategic relationships with Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Service & Customer Success teams where appropriate. You’ll demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset, through proactive adoption of new technologies and sales tools – continuously seeking innovative approaches to solve customer challenges. Embracing experimentation, you’ll learn from wins and losses and actively contribute to insights that improve our solutions consulting practice and customer outcomes. Day-to-day, you will be focused on: Buyer Interaction – translating client business requirements into proposed system solutions presentation. Conducting discovery processes to translate client requirements into impactful product demonstrations. Responding to tender functional queries. Configuration of software aligned to specific client business requirements. Sales Enablement – including how to conduct discovery of client business and technical requirements, workflow, and key metrics. Cross functional collaboration and support across internal stakeholders. Digital Enablement – supporting the buyer’s experience through digital assets such as videos, product experience tours, webinar and marketing content and social industry content. Tech tools & AI capability – using AI analytics for prospect research and intelligence, generating personalized content & RFP responses. Staying current with accounting technology and industry to articulate our solutions – integrating with enhanced AI driven workflow, positioning The Access Group as a forward-thinking partner in digital transformation. Your skills and experiences might also include: Understanding the challenges facing a modern business and its key requirements. You will be able to demonstrate and articulate the value our Accountants’ solutions bring to an organisation. The ability to translate complex business requirements into workable technical solutions and a proven track record of success. Being able to understand the wider business issues of our customers as well as the detailed technical implementation activities required by our projects. Providing a deep level of product knowledge and skillfully answering product-related questions during the sales cycle, specifically related to Accountants systems. Communicating with prospects in an engaging way both in person, in writing and over video conferencing technology. Overcoming technical and business process challenges throughout the sales cycle.
