With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality outcomes, they are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their Brisbane-based team. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact between internal teams and clients, ensuring all communication and project activities run smoothly from inception to completion. You’ll work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) and support various team leads to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Coordinate projects across the full lifecycle; from scoping and quoting to delivery, closeout, and review Support project planning, scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, and financial management Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders Assist in monitoring project performance, hours, and invoicing Contribute to business development activities including client meetings, briefings, and proposal preparation Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent service delivery Identify opportunities to enhance project efficiency and secure future work Provide administrative and technical support as needed; including scheduling, data entry, and report writing About You You are a proactive and organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in your attention to detail, your ability to multitask, and your strong communication skills.
