Role Details As a KEY valued member of this cutting-edge nimble 'smart' law firm, reporting to / being mentored by the managing principal (a proven entrepreneur+impressive ex top-tier senior lawyer), you will relish the diversity engaging in interesting work acting for a broad client base Australia-wide. Specifically, you will love taking ownership of your own practice / clients advising on : trade marks- including brand selection strategies, searches, contracts, registration, prosecution, opposition, non-use and licensing, infringement actions, dispute resolution.
