Vi er ca. 75 ansatte på verdensplan, heraf ca. 35 på hovedkontoret i Indre By, hvor du vil have din daglige gang. Vi søger en kompetent og ansvarsbevidst Facility Manager til en deltidsstilling. Stillingen har til formål at sikre, at virksomhedens fysiske rammer til enhver tid fremstår velvedligeholdte, funktionelle og præsentable. Vi søger en medarbejder med høj grad af selvstændighed, pålidelighed og serviceorientering ANSVARS- OG ARBEJDSOMRÅDER: De primære opgaver omfatter: Rengøring og generel vedligeholdelse af virksomhedens lokaler. Udførelse af forefaldende praktiske opgaver og mindre reparationsopgaver. Løbende kontrol af faciliteter for at sikre, at funktioner og omgivelser er i forsvarlig og tilfredsstillende stand. KVALIFIKATIONER Vi forventer, at den rette kandidat: Har relevant erfaring inden for facility management, bygningsdrift eller tilsvarende serviceorienterede funktioner. Har en praktisk og løsningsorienteret tilgang til arbejdsopgaver. Arbejder struktureret, selvstændigt og med høj grad af ansvarsfølelse.
