WAREHOUSE OPERATOR – AFTERNOON SHIFT (3PM–12AM) Join a fast-growing 3PL team and take the next step in your warehousing career. We’re expanding our afternoon shift to support major new contracts and increasing freight volumes. About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator / Forklift Driver to join our high-performing afternoon shift team. Shift: 3:00pm – 12:00am, Monday to Friday Shift loading: +15% Afternoon Shift Loading under the Storage Services & Wholesale Award Hours: 8 paid hours + 1‑hour break (full 9‑hour shift) You’ll be responsible for supporting daily operations including forklift driving, pick/pack, inbound, outbound, and general warehouse duties. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (counterbalance and/or high‑reach) Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy Load and unload trucks Putaway, replenishment, and inventory movements Maintain a clean, safe working environment Follow all WHS, traffic management and site procedures Work collaboratively with the afternoon shift team and supervisor What We’re Looking For Current Forklift Licence (LF) – essential Experience in a 3PL or high‑volume warehouse Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and follow instructions Reliable, punctual, and team‑focused Physically fit and capable of manual handling What We Offer Steady afternoon shift with long‑term stability 15% afternoon shift loading on top of base pay Opportunity to grow within a fast‑expanding 3PL business Supportive team environment with strong leadership Modern warehouse facility and well‑maintained equipment Ongoing training and skill development opportunities About BSSD Bayside Storage & Distribution (BSSD) is a growing 3PL provider known for reliable, customer‑focused solutions across storage, pick/pack, and freight distribution.
