We’re looking for a skilled Automotive Spray Painter to deliver high-quality finishes on brand-new trucks and trailers, working in a modern, well-equipped facility right here in Bayswater. This is a permanent, full-time role with steady hours, long-term stability, and a supportive culture that values safety, teamwork, and pride in workmanship. State-of-the-art facility with on-site lunchroom and hot meals. Strong team culture with a focus on quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Prep, sand, mask, prime, and spray-paint heavy vehicles to a premium finish. Mix and apply paints to exact colour and quality standards. Spray-paint trucks, trailers, and components using HVLP equipment. Perform touch-ups and rework to maintain first-class standards. Keep tools, equipment, and spray booth clean and safe. Work closely with production and finishing teams to hit daily goals. What We’re Looking For Trade-qualified Automotive Spray Painter (Cert III or equivalent). Previous experience with heavy vehicles, trucks, or trailers preferred. Skilled in colour matching, surface prep, and producing a flawless finish. Safety-focused, detail-oriented, and proud of your workmanship. Reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
