We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated Baristas & Kitchen Team Members to join the brand‑new M4 Eastern Creek stores. Barista Requirements A minimum of 6 months Barista experience Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required A positive attitude and confidence to engage with customers Ability to work as a team – when you’re not making coffee, you’ll be completing general duties such as serving salads and soups An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices Kitchen Hand Requirements Experience using commercial grade knives Proven ability to follow detailed make‑guides and recipes Strong work ethic and flexibility to work alone or as part of a small team Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices Preferred: A minimum of 6 months food handling experience Why Join Us?
