Business Operation Supervisor @ Unichi Wellness Role Overview We are looking for a Bookkeeper (Full-time) to support the day-to-day accounting operations in the finance team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing company. You will be working closely with our Accountant to ensure accurate bookkeeping, smooth financial processes, and reliable accounting data for the business. Key Responsibilities 1. Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Process supplier invoices, staff reimbursements, and purchase orders Assist with customer invoicing and payment follow‑up Prepare weekly payment runs Maintain accurate AP/AR records 2. Bank & Account Reconciliations Perform weekly bank reconciliations Reconcile balance sheet accounts under guidance Maintain clean and organized accounting documentation 3. Month‑End Support Assist with monthly closing procedures Prepare basic journals and supporting schedules Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely data submission 4. Compliance & Documentation Ensure accurate GST coding and documentation Maintain organized financial files and records Support external accountants with required information 5. General Finance Support Assist the Finance Manager with daily tasks Update internal trackers as required Support ad‑hoc administrative and financial tasks About You 1–3 years bookkeeping or accounting support experience Understanding of AP/AR, reconciliations, and basic accounting principles Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling Good organizational skills and ability to work independently Positive attitude, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic team environment Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industry Wellness and Fitness Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
