Your Contribution Contribute to a workplace culture that supports and promotes the interests of First Nations people and actively engage through our work to contribute to better outcomes for First Nations people. Assist with the development and implementation of various training and development initiatives aimed at building skills and capability of Land and Sea Rangers. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key Departmental and governmental bodies and individuals with expertise in the Indigenous ranger sector and training sector. Assist in the preparation and/or coordination of briefing notes, program plans, submissions, reports and correspondence associated with the program and projects. Foster a workplace culture that supports and promotes the interests of First Nations people and actively engage through our work to contribute to better outcomes for First Nations people. Communicates confidently and demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate program initiatives with First Nations people. Demonstrates a sound knowledge of policies and procedures of community based ranger programs as it applies to the work of the Department.
