The Role: A significant portion of your role is simply providing a knockout plumbing service. This is so simple it’s hard for many However, it goes beyond that. You know how to work ‘with’ a team to create a working ‘dynamic’ focused on client service and efficiency. The owner says “Attitude is everything. Confidence in your ability inspires confidence both ways – this role is autonomous and sets you up with support to run everything smoothly and efficiently. We want your input to continually upgrade, develop, implement new and valuable procedures... there is always room for improvement – your input is important to us. The One: Your work ethic and experience (9 yrs plus on the tools). You may have a wealth of experience in solving client plumbing maintenance challenges – from small to large jobs. You really do take pride in your work. Not ‘just a job’ but a way of living. You engage the rest of your team to be self‑motivated and have a high attention to detail – whether it be how the phone is answered or simply tidying up after finishing a job. You may be lacking the relationship with your current team OR boss – open and respectful. Pride in yourself = pride in your company.
