Visit The Welcome Experience | NSW Government What You'll Be Doing The Rehabilitation Coordinator is an integral part of the Southern Area Brain Injury Service, providing quality rehabilitation coordination to patients/clients of the SNSW Local Health District to meet their health and well‑being needs. Selection Criteria Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist. For Social Workers and Speech Pathologists, tertiary qualification in the relevant discipline and eligibility for membership of an appropriate Australian professional association. Demonstrated proficient written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Extensive experience in rehabilitation with a well‑developed knowledge of brain injury services and ability to work with minimal supervision as a collaborative member of a multidisciplinary team. Ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work/caseload across a regional area. Demonstrated commitment to professional development, quality improvement and evidence‑based practice. Demonstrated ability to lead planning and evaluation of team activities. Demonstrated ability to provide and coordinate staff and student supervision. Current unrestricted driver’s licence and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires, including long distances.
