Learning Manager – Amazon Australia Drive transformational learning excellence as our On the Road Learning Manager and become the strategic architect of Australia's premier delivery services training ecosystem. In this pivotal ACES Learning team role, you'll spearhead comprehensive learning initiatives that directly elevate safety standards, operational quality, and performance metrics across our entire driver network while establishing new benchmarks for operational excellence throughout AMZL Australia. Key Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive training programs across various driver operations Develop innovative multi-language training solutions Create and localise metrics to measure training effectiveness and ROI Partner with WW Learning teams to ensure content meets regional requirements Establish and maintain training standards for Driver Trainers and Learning Coordinators Build audit programs to measure and enhance training effectiveness Work closely with stakeholders to incorporate performance improvements into training Ensure seamless alignment between training and operational workflows Maintain detailed tracking of training progress and skill development Implement corrective actions based on key metrics Ensure compliance with regional training requirements Qualifications Experience managing training programs Experience managing projects Experience managing teams Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements 3+ years of end-to-end delivery experience and communicating results to senior leadership (preferred) 3+ years of process improvement experience (preferred) Experience in stakeholder management across varied levels (preferred) Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement (preferred) About the Team We are a dynamic learning organization committed to developing standard work practices and improving operational excellence.
