What You'll Be Doing Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences – help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at Telstra is a memorable one. Be the Go-To Tech Expert – stay up-to-date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions. Achieve and Excel – use your consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while keeping customers connected. Salary and Benefits Hourly Rate: junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age. Penalty rates: 25% for weekday hours after 6 PM, 25% for hours on Saturday, 100% for Sunday, 150% for public holidays. Plus 12% Superannuation and 10% Variable Remuneration (eligible participants will be paid per the plan’s rules). The first 2 months are guaranteed while you learn on board.
