Assistant Centre Manager | Huntley Brand New Centre Aspire Early Education Huntley VIC Childcare and Outside School Hours Care Education and Training Full time Immediate start We are seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Manager to join our brand new Aspire Huntley Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role from the very beginning and support the successful establishment and daily operations of a new service. The Centres Our Tarneit Place and Tarneit Unity Park centres are brand new, purpose-built facilities designed to provide families with state-of-the-art learning environments. Each centre is equipped with modern resources, spacious indoor and outdoor areas, and dedicated spaces for every age group. The centres have been designed to embrace community connection, with local partnerships and engagement at the heart of our approach. Joining from the beginning means you’ll play a key role in establishing strong relationships with families, schools, and the wider Tarneit community. The Opportunity And Responsibilities As Assistant Centre Manager you will work closely with the Centre Manager to support daily operations and ensure excellence across all areas of the service. Support the Centre Manager in leading and mentoring a high performing team Assist with staff supervision, rostering and performance support Ensure compliance with EYLF NQS and regulatory requirements Support enrolments and family engagement processes Contribute to a safe inclusive and nurturing environment Help establish positive centre culture from the start Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders About You ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services or higher Minimum two years experience as an Assistant Centre Manager Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS Confident in supporting operational and leadership responsibilities Excellent communication and organisational skills Proactive adaptable and solution focused Current Working with Children Check Police Check First Aid Asthma and Anaphylaxis training Experience with XAP software desirable Why Aspire Be part of a brand new centre from opening Full time position with immediate start Paid Birthday Leave 50 percent gap fee discount on childcare Access to Employment Assistance Program available 24 7 Ongoing professional development Supportive and collaborative culture Career progression within a growing organisation Attractive pay and benefits Join Us If you are an experienced Assistant Centre Manager ready to step into a new opportunity and make an impact from day one we would love to hear from you.
