Join the Banking and Financial Services Cloud Technology team and be a part of a full lifecycle team building and maintaining automation tooling and creating industry leading distributed Kubernetes based platforms. In this role, you will help deliver new platform capabilities leveraging various GCP and Kubernetes technologies. The businesses we support are highly reliant on the platform for a broad range of use cases including data science, self‑service analytics, operational analytics and reporting. You will have the opportunity to be a part of several greenfield projects that will transform the platform and the way the business uses it. What you offer 3+ years of enterprise experience as a Cloud/DevOps/Data Engineer 3+ years of experience with the Go programming language Hands‑on experience with GCP cloud platform and its data services Hands‑on experience with production deployments of Kubernetes Experience working in DevOps, Agile, Scrum, Continuous Delivery environments Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with a flair for ascertaining stakeholder requirements Ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams Passionate problem solver with a learning mindset and a keen interest in Big Data and Cloud Technologies We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you’re excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.
