Job Title: Project Engineer – Electrical Location: Kooragang Island, NSW Employment Type: Contract / Temporary (Start Early 2026) About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer (Electrical) to join our team at Kooragang Island. In this role, you will support project delivery under the guidance of an experienced project lead, managing as‑built documentation, commissioning activities, and contributing to the successful completion of engineering projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive engineer to develop project management skills within a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Support project execution and commissioning activities under the supervision of a senior project lead. Prepare, manage, and maintain as‑built documentation for electrical systems. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification. Identify potential risks and contribute solutions to project challenges. Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. Provide technical input and recommendations on electrical engineering aspects of projects. Required Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. 3–5 years’ experience in electrical project engineering. Experience preparing as‑built documentation and supporting commissioning activities. Strong understanding of project engineering processes and documentation. Preferred Qualifications and Experience Experience in manufacturing or similar industries. Self‑motivated, forward‑thinking, and able to work independently.
