CNC Machinist

Alford Hydraulics and Engineering – Dubbo NSW Alford is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our growing team in Dubbo, NSW. As a key member of the Alford machining team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating our CNC machines to produce machined parts to the highest standard, consistently meeting our clients' detailed specifications. Interstate relocation support available for the right candidate. About the role Create and edit programs. Operate a variety of CNC machines and manual type machines. Efficiently produce job lots, or one-off components to the highest quality. Mazatrol programming an advantage. CAD/CAM programming experience an advantage. Read and understand engineering drawings. Instruct and support less skilled operators as needed. About you Relevant mechanical trade (essential). Must hold a Fitting & Machining trade qualification. Previous experience in a similar industry highly regarded. Minimum 1-2 years of CNC machining experience required. Innovative thinker, in touch with modern tooling and practices. Mature and reliable team member, who can work independently and as a team. Ready to make a long-term career choice. Positive can-do attitude, with an eye for detail.
