Job Title : Social Well-being Coach (Head 2 Health) - Cairns, Mackay, Townsville - Queensland. Job Type : Permanent – Full-Time. Your Role : As part of the team, you'll engage in meaningful conversations, acting as the concierge of mental health services. Your mission is to listen intently, discover what truly matters to each individual, and guide them towards services that resonate with their personal preferences, needs, and strengths. It's about painting a picture of possibilities, navigating through available options, and sometimes, creatively bending the system to tailor services that genuinely meet community needs.
