OUR PERKS Very attractive rates Permanent, full‑time positions and benefits Gladstone based projects – be home every night Career progression and training opportunities Recognition for your contribution and hard work Great employee benefits including discounted gym memberships, access to Converge – a leading employee assistance programme & more WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Regular reconciliations ensuring integrity and timeliness of project financial data Champion improvements to accounts receivable, procure to pay, payroll and job reporting Develop the ERP software to effectively maintain project analysis Assist with EOM and EOFY processes and reporting where required AR & AP functions as required Project and Cost Administration WHAT YOU WILL BRING Intellectual curiosity, proactiveness, willingness to learn Experience within construction or another complex industry Experience in analytical or commercial role with exposure to financial analysis, cost control and/or systems accounting Ability to use financial systems; Viewpoint Jobpac, Excel, PowerBI particularly advantageous Ability to work in a collaborative team environment WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum 2 years Management Accounting / Systems Accounting experience Tertiary qualification in a related field e.g., accounting, finance, business Experience using Viewpoint Jobpac or similar ERP system ABOUT US AESTEC Services is a renowned leader in the Civil Construction and Maintenance industry, holding numerous maintenance and project contracts with major industrial companies in Gladstone.
