The Parkville College education model follows a culturally responsive pedagogy that supports the development and growth of all students, incorporates strong local partnerships to deliver a flexible range of educational options including the Victorian Curriculum (Foundation-10), Senior Secondary Certificates (VCE, VM and VPC) and vocational studies.
Selection CriteriaSC1: Demonstrated ability to plan and facilitate an effective African Diaspora cultural education program for students that have been removed from the normal schedule due to various complexities.
SC2: Ability to provide high-level educational support to students with the most complex educational needs.
SC3: Exemplary values pertaining to personal qualities of objectivity, sensitivity, and integrity.
SC4: Demonstrated ability to manage work priorities, plan and manage time effectively.
