Join a Growing Team as a Clinical Coordinator ChoiceOne is proud to partner with a wonderful Nursing and Disability service provider that's expanding and looking for a passionate Clinical Coordinator to join their team in a full-time, permanent role In this role, you'll take the lead in managing clinical operations, ensuring services are high-quality, compliant with NDIS guidelines, and focused on person‑centred care. You'll work closely with internal teams, participants, families, and key stakeholders to deliver impactful support. APPLY TODAY Key Responsibilities Lead Clinical Operations : Provide direction and oversight to ensure safe, high-quality care. Coordinate Services : Work directly with participants and families to assess needs, develop care plans, and monitor outcomes. Ensure Quality : Track clinical KPIs, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement. Engage Stakeholders : Build strong relationships and support communication between teams. Maintain Compliance : Ensure all services meet NDIS and clinical standards. Manage Risks : Identify and address clinical risks for safe service delivery. Support the Team : Train, supervise, and mentor clinical staff in line with NDIS Quality & Safeguards standards. What We're Looking For Experience : 2+ years in a clinical or allied health setting (e.g., Support Coordinator, Therapist, Facility Manager). Leadership : Relevant qualifications or proven experience leading teams and managing services. Values‑Driven : Passion for person‑centred care and a commitment to Respect, Accountability, Integrity, and Sustainability.
