Collinsville State High School is seeking a dedicated FlexiSpace Teacher to drive a transformative learning program across three dynamic schools in the Collinsville Cluster. Why This Role? This is a one‑of‑a‑kind opportunity to lead an innovative FlexiSpace program designed to engage students who need a tailored approach to learning. You'll work across: Collinsville State High School (0.6 FTE) Collinsville State School (0.2 FTE) Scottville State School (0.2 FTE) A FlexiSpace Teacher delivers tailored, high‑impact teaching in a flexible learning environment for students who may be disengaged, struggling in traditional classroom settings, or require additional support. You will create a supportive, high‑impact learning environment, ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed. What We're Looking For Experienced or eager to develop expertise in inclusive teaching practices. Committed to differentiation and ensuring students stay engaged with the curriculum. Passionate about collaboration with families, support staff, and external agencies. Innovative in creating flexible, student‑centered learning experiences. What's In It for You? Rural and Remote Housing Incentive Scheme (RRHIS) Eligible participants include newly appointed or transferring teachers and school leaders commencing their tenure at designated state schools. The scheme includes provisions for initial temporary accommodation paid upfront by the department, followed by a taxable rental allowance aligned with the teacher's weekly rent expenses. Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration in Queensland. Pre‑service/graduate teachers must have been granted provisional registration prior to commencing employment. Employment for pre‑service/graduate teachers will be subject to the successful completion of a relevant teaching qualification and meeting the minimum requirements as a teacher with the department.
