Sales Consultant – Luxury Watches & Jewellery | Sydney CBD Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and have a flair for luxury? We’re looking for a Sales Consultant to join a prestigious luxury watch and jewellery boutique in the heart of Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals from luxury retail or hospitality backgrounds - including guest service specialists from high-end hotels, who want to bring their expertise in client service, relationship building, and high-value sales to the world of luxury timepieces and jewellery. Base pay range A$60,000/yr - A$70,000/yr What you’ll do: Provide outstanding customer service to high-net-worth clients Build and maintain long-term client relationships Deliver product knowledge and personalised recommendations Participate in boutique events and showcase top-tier brands including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Longines, and more Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team environment What we’re looking for: Experience in luxury retail, jewellery, watches, or high-end hospitality/guest services Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills A consultative approach to sales and a passion for exceeding targets Professional presentation and a polished approach to client interactions What’s on offer: Competitive base salary of $70,000 + Super + commission (earning potential $50k+) Comprehensive training on luxury watch and jewellery brands One day on the weekend is required A chance to join a respected, high-profile boutique in the Sydney CBD If you’re ready to take your career to the next level and work in a luxury environment where your skills are valued and rewarded, we want to hear from you.
