Job Description We are seeking individuals with a background in Reception/Administration. Full-time position in Sydney CBD and Parramatta NSW. Day-to-day duties Full-time position – 5 days in the office. Welcome and assist clients and visitors at a reception desk. Assisting with mailing and accepting deliveries of letters and small parcels. Facilitating online orders for office supplies and services, including management of stock levels. Manage incoming calls and email enquiries. Provide excellent customer service to colleagues, clients and customers. Keep the reception areas clean and tidy. Accurate data entry into IPAR’s client database system as required. Engage with our friendly, fun, supportive, and inclusive team. Qualifications Intermediate proficiency with the MS Office suite. High level of attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills. Initiative and resourcefulness when problem solving. Ability to self-motivate whilst following processes and procedures. Ability to work efficiently and effectively both in a team and independently. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to treat all sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality. Ability and flexibility to adapt to changes, and an openness to learn new things. Professional appearance and demeanour. Prior administration experience working within the medical or health industry highly regarded. Cert III in Business Administration or similar desirable. NSW Driver Licence.
