We provide around‑the‑clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client's needs. Responsibilities Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionship Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse) Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly “Making Lives Better” Employee Rewards program (A Wellness program including discounts and cash back at hundreds of retailers) Work with a supportive and dynamic team Ongoing training Skills & Experience Passionate about making a difference A self‑led leader with the ability to take responsibility for their own behaviour & success Coachable Previous caregiving experience is an asset Must be able to speak and write in English.
