They are implementing LLM's into their technology and provide solutions to various clients. Base pay range A$100,000.00/yr - A$130,000.00/yr Requirements Over 5 years professional experience delivering robust, high-quality software solutions in production environments. Advanced Python developer with strong expertise in Django, backend architecture, ORM optimisation, and API performance tuning. Experienced with PostgreSQL and relational databases, including schema design, data modelling, and SQL optimisation. Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly in serverless architectures and managed services such as Azure Functions and App Service. Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices across all stages of development. Familiar with AI‑driven and agentic development workflows, applying them effectively in production environments. Proficient with LLM tools and AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to boost productivity, code quality, and development efficiency. Strong grasp of mainstream AI models and frameworks, with the ability to integrate, evaluate, and apply AI/ML solutions within full stack systems. Responsibilities Architect and design scalable full‑stack solutions, ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability across all systems. Develop, deploy, and optimise both backend services and modern front‑end applications (React, TypeScript). Integrate and fine‑tune LLMs and AI‑driven features into existing products, leveraging APIs or custom models to enhance user experience and automation. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams — including DevOps, data engineers, and product managers — to drive technical strategy and product innovation.
