As our business continues to expand, we are seeking an organised and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. Position Overview The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting our day‑to‑day operations. This role offers flexible working hours and days , making it suitable for candidates seeking work–life balance. Work can be completed from home or from our office space , depending on preference and business needs. The successful candidate will handle general admin duties, support our accounts processes, and communicate with clients as required. This is a part‑time position with the opportunity to grow into a full‑time role for the right candidate . Key Responsibilities Administrative & Office Support General administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and scheduling Managing incoming calls and emails when required Assisting with job documentation and internal workflow processes Accounts & Xero Management Creating and issuing invoices through Xero General bookkeeping assistance Bank and account reconciliations Maintaining accurate financial and administrative records Client Liaison Communicating with clients when necessary regarding bookings, follow‑ups, or basic project updates Providing professional, friendly customer service on behalf of ZC Plumbing Other Duties Supporting the management team with daily operational requirements Coordinating with trades, suppliers, and contractors when needed Contributing positively to company culture and team communication Skills & Experience Essential Experience using Xero for invoicing and basic reconciliation Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and efficiently High attention to detail Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, digital filing) Preferred but not essential Experience in trade, construction, or service‑based industries Familiarity with scheduling or job management systems What We Offer Flexible working hours and days Option to work from home or from our office Supportive, positive team culture Stable part‑time employment with pathway to full‑time Training and development opportunities A valued position within a growing company where your role makes a real impact How to Apply If you’re an organised, motivated individual looking for a flexible administrative role within a supportive and growth‑focused business, we’d love to hear from you.
