Overview Roshan's Fashion, an Australian company, is seeking a to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The will also be in charge of inventory management, sales strategies, and maintaining a positive work environment. Qualifications include a minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities Product and Inventory Management: Determine the optimal product mix, stock levels, and service standards to meet customer demands. Maintain accurate records of stock levels and manage inventory to ensure availability and minimize losses. Ensures availability of merchandise and services by getting new contracts and maintaining existing contracts Purchasing and Marketing: Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies, including setting competitive prices. Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans. Promote and advertise the establishment's goods and services to attract and retain customers. Customer Service: Sell goods and services to customers, providing expert advice on product use and selection. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Financial and Budget Management: Undertake budgeting for the establishment, ensuring financial goals are met. Maintain accurate financial records and prepare operational statements to support business operations. Staff Management: Oversee the selection, training, and supervision of staff, ensuring high performance and compliance with company policies. Ensure that all staff comply with occupational health and safety regulations. Promotes optimum staff performance by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees. Compliance and Safety: Ensure the establishment complies with all occupational health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for staff and customers. Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures. Qualifications and Experience Minimum one to two years of retail management experience Strong leadership skills Excellent communication abilities AQF associate degree, Advanced diploma or diploma Benefits Competitive salary Bonus opportunities Supportive work environment About the Company Roshan Fashion has four retail stores in Australia out of which three in Sydney metropolitan and one in Melbourne.
