Wait Staff - Asap start at Purple Patch Partners We're working with a busy, family‑style Italian restaurant looking to add experienced, customer‑focused wait staff to their front‑of‑house team as soon as possible. About The Venue (Our Client) Well-established Italian restaurant with a loyal local following Warm, relaxed atmosphere with a focus on genuine hospitality Classic Italian menu with quality wines and cocktails Supportive team culture and hands‑on management The Role As a Member Of The Wait Team, You Will Greet and seat guests, taking orders and managing tables professionally Provide friendly, attentive service throughout each service period Confidently explain menu items, specials and make basic recommendations Run food and drinks, clear tables and reset for the next guests Handle payments and basic POS operations Work closely with the bar and kitchen to keep service running smoothly This role includes a mix of weekday and weekend shifts, with evening availability essential. What We're Looking For Previous experience in a restaurant or busy café is strongly preferred Confident, clear communication and a warm manner with guests Ability to carry plates, trays and work on your feet for extended periods Reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment Basic wine and beverage knowledge is a bonus Must have the right to work in Australia and relevant certificates (e.g. RSA if required) What's On Offer Immediate start for the right candidates Full time or part‑time hours with potential for more as the venue grows Staff meals/discounts and a supportive, close‑knit team Opportunity to build longer‑term work in a stable, popular venue Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Human Resources Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
