About You Specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia in General Medicine (or eligibility via an overseas trained specialist pathway). Recent clinical experience in General Medicine, ideally within a comparable service setting. A strong commitment to collaborative, multidisciplinary care and the ability to lead and inspire a clinical team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in using clinical information systems. A dedication to teaching, research, and continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering safe, high‑quality care. Availability to participate in the on‑call roster and respond on‑site as required. Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated commitment to teaching, continuing education, research and quality improvement. Availability to participate in an on‑call roster and to respond on site within a reasonable time.
