Care Manager - Home Care Location: Gosford A prominent multi-state retirement living provider is looking for an experienced and dynamic Home Care Manager to lead a passionate team in delivering exceptional support to residents across its Central Coast and Sydney villages. About the Role The Clinical Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing management of tailored care services across a portfolio of retirement villages. Working closely with Village Managers, care teams, families, and external providers, this role is central to ensuring care is delivered to the highest standard—aligned with both regulatory requirements and the organisation’s values. Travel between village locations in Central Coast & 1 Northern Sydney Village is required, with a car allowance provided. Must have own driving license and vehicle. Key Responsibilities Establish and lead a multidisciplinary care team (including Case Managers, RNs/ENs, and Carers) Ensure delivery of compliant, safe, and person‑centred home care services Manage budgets, resourcing, and service quality across multiple sites Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Clinical Services Promote a culture of continuous improvement and resident engagement Ideal Candidate Profile Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration (essential) Minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience in aged care or home care Strong working knowledge of aged care legislation and the new Aged Care Act Exceptional interpersonal, stakeholder, and team leadership skills Commercially astute with experience in managing service budgets Current driver’s licence and flexibility to travel regularly Full Australian Working Rights Benefits & Incentives Attractive remuneration with a performance-based incentive program Strong organisational support and a collaborative, values-based culture Award-winning professional development and training opportunities Wellness initiatives and a free Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Annual flu vaccination and safety & wellbeing programs To discuss this role further please reach out to Seb from Austcorp Healthcare on Seniority level: Not Applicable #J-18808-Ljbffr
