Proposed Roster - Male SW - 22 hours per Key duties include : Delivering a wide range of domestic supports within the home and community; Supporting customers to engage in community-based activities; Supporting person-centred plans that identify a customers life goals; Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed; and Administration duties expense and mandatory reports. What youll need Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships; Ability to follow Person Centred plans and assist people to achieve their goals and outcomes; Previous experience with manual handling and medication administration; Willingness to assist with personal care and domestic duties experience; Ability to manage situations as they arise with patience and maturity; A Valid drivers licence and a willingness to use your private vehicle (aligned with Activs motor vehicle allowance rebate).
