About Goodstart Forest Gardens: The seven-room centre, accommodating up to 100 children, takes pride in its long-term employees and exceptionally low staff turnover rate. Our dedicated staff members have service tenures ranging from 1 to 25 years, with an average tenure of 8 years. Over 90% of our team members hold a Diploma qualification or higher.
