Mattel ANZ are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Manager to drive growth in the Consumer Products team across Australia and New Zealand. This role will focus on driving business development, executing high-impact strategies, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the CP team. As Senior Consumer Products Manager your impact will be seen by: Creating overall strategic plans for consumer products business and leading the development and execution of business plans. Conducting financial and market analysis of product categories and potential licensees to determine opportunity for growth of consumer products Identifying new licensing/product development opportunities with established licensees as well as sourcing new partners. Establishing and managing licensee and growth targets and optimizing business through planning and review meetings. Contract management and forecasting responsibility for assigned categories. Developing strong retailer relationships at the buyer level (and above) to drive retail buying commitment for Mattel consumer products and new business opportunities.
