Oversee daily operations across all resort departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, activities, marine, and transport, ensuring seamless service delivery Lead, train, and evaluate a multicultural team, fostering a high‑performance environment focused on guest satisfaction Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement strategies that enhance guest experiences and streamline operational efficiency Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations, and resort policies, while managing labor and costs to align with budget goals Engage directly with guests throughout their stay, addressing feedback and ensuring exceptional experiences from arrival to departure Oversee Relais & Châteaux and Michelin standards More about you Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field; or equivalent experience in a world‑class luxury resort environment Proven leadership as Resort Manager, Assistant GM, or Hotel Manager within a prestigious luxury brand or independent resort (overseas experience highly regarded) Comprehensive knowledge of bespoke resort operations, including front desk, housekeeping, fine dining, maintenance, and spa services Expertise in P&L management with strong skills in labour cost control, budgeting, and forecasting Charismatic leader with exceptional interpersonal skills; confident engaging with high‑net‑worth guests and delivering an elevated guest experience Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel systems (Opera preferred); First Aid/CPR certification advantageous The application period will close on 22/01/2026, unless sufficient qualified candidates are identified sooner.
