Scrub Scout Clinical Nurse - Orthopaedics Citizens and permanent residents only Permanent full‑time position: better work life balance About the Role Glengarry Private Hospital are looking for an experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Scout Clinical Nurse to join our team at Glengarry and then transfer to the new Ramsay Private Hospital Joondalup theatres early next year. This opportunity will include the development and provision of evidence‑based clinical nursing, whilst working and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. This opportunity enables you to act as a clinical expert, professional role model and change agent to promote practice development and quality initiatives that promote the delivery of safe, efficient and high‑quality patient‑focused service. About You This is a rewarding role that requires an extraordinary clinical professional with highly developed communication, problem‑solving, and clinical skills. Selection Criteria Minimum 5 years' experience in orthopaedics scrub scout Exceptional organisational & communication skills Relevant qualifications and registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse Demonstrates advanced clinical skills and recent experience relevant to the area. Demonstrates effective communication skills and interpersonal skills. Remuneration On offer is a full‑time equivalent, base annual salary ranging from $102,387.90 - $108,784.58 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
