About The Role Join DBG Health as an Incentive Administrator for a 12 Month Fixed-Term contract. You'll be at the center of keeping our commercial agreements running smoothly, managing contract discounts, onboarding new deals and customers with wholesalers, and maintaining accurate records across our internal systems. Role & Responsibilities Support the Incentive Lead with day-to-day incentive operations and business-as-usual activities. Accurately calculate, track, and process incentive approvals and payments on time. Maintain precise incentive records and upload data into internal systems and CRM. Upload orders and provide forecasting insights to wholesale partners. Prepare incentive reports, track trends, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain strong compliance with company policies, workplace health & safety standards, and ongoing professional development. Skills & Experience Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment while managing competing priorities. Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work independently with sound judgement, while contributing effectively to a team. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with experience in data analysis and report creation. A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or a relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance or a related field (desirable).
