About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-oriented Financial Manager for our Retail Division, to join our Head Office in O’Connor. This is a senior, hands‑on role ideal for an experienced finance professional with strong financial systems expertise and proven leadership capabilities. As a key member of our finance team, you will take ownership of core financial processes, drive system and process improvements and provide high‑quality insights to support strategic decision‑making. This role offers the opportunity to utilise your technical, functional and analytical strengths while leading a small team. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of month‑end close, reporting and general ledger management. Ensuring accuracy, timeliness and full compliance with accounting standards. Preparing and processing accounting entries (Accruals, Allocations, Intercompany transactions, etc). Fixed Asset Register maintenance and reconciliations. Preparation and Analysis of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss. Liaise with auditors for annual group audits. Handle daily and strategic cash management to optimise working capital. Lead process improvements, ERP optimisation, whilst ensuring data integrity and security. Build advanced financial models and dashboards using Excel, Power BI and other tools to deliver strategic insights. Skills and Qualifications Minimum 5 years + proven senior financial experience. Expert‑level ERP and financial systems knowledge. Advanced Excel skills; Power Query is desirable. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. CA/CPA qualified Accountant with strong financial, technical and leadership skills. About You You thrive in a hands‑on environment and have experience leading and developing a small team.
