About the Role We are searching for a dermal therapist / cosmetic nurse to join our collaborative, close‑knit team of four practitioners. Key Responsibilities Treatment & product knowledge Optimise retail sales, upgrade services and re‑book clients Educate clients based on their skin needs Prescribe treatment plans and product recommendations Ensure high‑quality customer service and client communication Deliver a gold‑standard client experience Maintain an immaculate clinic appearance at all times Handle general administration and customer‑care duties Cover reception and manage billings Welcoming and assisting patients with professionalism and care Manage calls and emails, respond to queries and schedule appointments Process patient registrations, billing and Medicare claims Coordinate appointments and follow‑ups with specialists, nurses and patients Handle confidential medical information with discretion and professionalism Adapt quickly to daily practice needs and prioritise tasks efficiently Personal & Professional Attributes Professional persona with a positive, can‑do attitude High energy and enthusiasm Ambitious standards of personal presentation and hygiene Hard‑working, diligent, initiative‑taking with strong work ethics Excellent communication skills (superior phone manner necessary) Reliable, flexible, accountable, punctual & organised Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and willingness to learn Strong integrity and values, aligned with our vision and mission Experience Required Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse Must be able to work Mondays and Wednesdays Willingness to undergo required training to safely administer treatment protocols and learn new skills within your limitations Previous experience in a dermatology practice highly regarded Current National Police Check/Clearance (or willingness to obtain) Full working rights in Australia Current First Aid and CPR certification Minimum of 2 years post‑registration experience as an Enrolled Nurse Benefits and Rewards Competitive hourly rate and incentives Work flexibility Generous discounts on all treatments and retail products Ongoing training delivered in a controlled, clinically simulated environment Career progression support for obtaining laser licences and employing latest technology in dermal treatments and devices Ultra‑modern clinic equipped with medical‑grade equipment Competitive salary based on experience What We Offer A supportive and friendly team environment that encourages you to develop professionally.
