The primary purpose of this role is to ensure proper information and knowledge management in AAL. This includes maintaining all local and group compliance obligations related to Information and Document Management including but not limited, ASIDM, RRD Policy, Protection and Resilience, Data Governance and Leakage, DORA and and APRA.You'll be responsible for• Develop and execute a knowledge management strategy that aligns with organisational objectives, relating to knowledge stored in the M365 suite• Oversee the continuous improvement strategy to drive process optimisation, efficiency and collaboration with the M365 applications• Maintain AAL information and document architecture• Thought leadership on the best practices for information and knowledge management and use of M365 applications• Establish & maintain appropriate reporting objectives, goals and metrics to ensure executive oversight of the ongoing effectiveness of knowledge and information management and compliance with local and group obligations• Develop and execute the governance for M365 automation features• Own the compliance requirements for information and document management stored in the M365 suite including but not limited to, ASIDM, RRDP, Protection and Resilience, Data Governance and Leakage and DORA.• Business owner of M365 for AALAbout you• Relevant tertiary skills in knowledge management, organisational management, business administration, document management or IT management• Experience using M365 as a document management system with demonstrated skills in SharePoint for information and document management• Proficiency in M365 and Teams• Experience in developing knowledge management processes and efficiencies in a large organisation• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and empower people to develop individual and team potential• Demonstrated ability working with global teams to provide a local solution• Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes• Strong understanding of risk management, compliance and data loss prevention best practices• Excellent verbal and communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
