Job Title XIT-180 Case Manager Company The GEO Group Australia Location Ravenhall Correctional Centre and GEO’s Community Reintegration Centre in Richmond Compensation Full‑time salary $94,000 to $104,000 (based on experience) plus superannuation About Ravenhall Correctional Centre Ravenhall is Victoria’s largest and most innovative correctional facility, designed to provide a safe, humane, and rehabilitative environment. What Makes This Role Unique? The XIT‑180 Program is a groundbreaking initiative providing intensive reintegration support to men with complex transition needs. Through tailored case management, assertive outreach, and strong community partnerships, the program empowers individuals to successfully reintegrate into society, strengthening families and communities.
