Finance Partner Operational Transformation Job No: Sydney - Inner Suburbs & CBD Brisbane - Inner Suburbs & CBD Max Term Full Time Finance & Treasury Pay Band 6 About the Role : The Finance Partner Operational Transformation is responsible for optimising financial outcomes of Suncorps Operational Transformation program. What Youll Do Deliver effective enterprise-wide reporting for the Operational Transformation (OT) program that provides deep timely insights into Suncorps OT investments costs and benefits for key stakeholders. Integration of OT impacts into plans and forecasts - Ensure related costs and benefits are appropriately and transparently embedded into Suncorps plans and forecasts. Financial model development and / or reviews for key OT initiatives as required. Contribute to the uplift of financial management capability across all change at Suncorp working closely with the wider CFO Operational Transformation and Enterprise Delivery teams to optimise business case modelling data capture taxonomies key processes and governance. Contribute to the tooling and data strategy for financial aspects of change enabling optimal reporting and decision making. Lead and mentor a Financial Analyst. What Youll Bring Proven experience in finance business partnering. Strong background in financial planning cost management and reporting. Advanced Power BI expertise including semantic modelling and DAX. Advanced financial modelling & investment appraisal skills.
