See Yourself at Telix The Global Employee Equity Lead is responsible for the administration and continuous improvement of the company’s global equity programs. As a key member of the Global Remuneration Team, the Equity Lead will be responsible for the life cycle of equity processes under the company’s Equity Incentive Plan (EIP) and the Employee Share / Stock Purchasing Plans (ESPP) across all regions (APAC, Americas and EMEA). Working with grants made on both the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and Nasdaq, this role partners closely with internal stakeholders across People & Culture, Legal and Finance, as well as external vendors and partners including the Plan Administrators, and Legal and Tax advisors to ensure accurate, compliant, and employee‑centric delivery of equity programs. The Equity Lead ensures operational excellence while contributing insights that support equity strategy and employee engagement, as well as providing global remuneration support to the Director, Global Remuneration. Key Accountabilities Lead the administration of global equity programs including offers, grants, allocations and vestings. Collaborate with legal and tax advisors to ensure compliance with international tax and regulatory requirements and mitigate risk. Ensure equity events are processed accurately and timely, in accordance with plan rules and local requirements. Support the Finance team to complete reporting and processing of equity exercises. Work with the share plan administrators to maintain accurate records and system data in equity platforms (JP Morgan Global Shares, MUFG, etc.). Act as the primary point of contact for employee equity‑related questions and education. Develop and deliver educational materials and training sessions to increase employee understanding and engagement in equity compensation. Partner with P&C Business Partners to support onboarding and offboarding equity. Provide input to Finance and Company Secretary teams via due diligence partners to ensure compliance with local tax, securities, and employment laws across Telix’s global. Assist the Company Secretary, Legal and Finance teams to satisfy the Company’s reporting and regulatory filing requirements (e.g., Form 3921, Section 16, SEC, AU ASX and Corporations Act 2001 disclosure requirements) and internal / external audits. Assist Finance to complete IFRS 2 ‘Share based payment’ charges related to all equity grants and support half‑yearly audit of the global equity program. Generate reports and insights to identify equity metrics and. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the employee experience. Lead and support equity projects including new plans, mergers / acquisitions, system integrations, etc. Model equity grant scenarios as part of the Global Remuneration team. Provide input and support to the Director, Global Remuneration as required for global remuneration management, incentive programs, data analysis and insights. Support the preparation of annual reporting (ASX, Nasdaq or both) for remuneration disclosures. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or a related field. 5+ years of operational experience in global equity administration in a global, public company environment (Australia and US preferred, minimum requirement at least one of Australia or US). Experience supporting the preparation of Australian / US remuneration reports. Understanding of equity instruments, tax regulations, and public company disclosure requirements (Australia and US). Knowledge of IFRS 2 ‘Share based payments’ standards and principles. Proficiency using equity administration platforms (JP Morgan Global Shares, MUFG, Computershare, Shareworks, Boardroom, etc.). Strong Excel and data management skills and familiarity with HRIS programs. Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate complex equity topics for non‑expert audiences, and communicate with English as a second language colleagues.
