About the opportunity We are seeking experienced Cleaners to join our team, located at Werribee Mercy (Public) Hospital. Casual positions available Monday to Sunday. Day shifts, afternoon shifts, night shift and weekend shifts available. Busy, fast‑paced environment. Perform all tasks required in the effective provision of cleaning services throughout the hospital, in accordance with the Victorian Cleaning Standards. Carry out duties as determined by supervisory staff. What you’ll bring Recent experience as a cleaner and knowledge of how to use floor scrubbers (Essential). Previous experience in hospital and/or hospitality environmental services (Desirable). Good time management and organisational skills. Ability to prioritise workload. Excellent attention to detail, initiative and flexibility. Physical capability to undertake the role. Good communication and written skills. Teamwork and effective communication with multidisciplinary team members. You will also be required to provide evidence of, or be in the process of obtaining: A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check. Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
