About You We're after qualified PBS clinicians who get restless when they see room for improvement and aren't afraid to speak up about it. They have a fire in their belly about participant care and treat participant goals like personal missions, not just checkboxes on a form. They have the courage to challenge ideas, even ours, when participants’ interests are at stake. PBS registration. Backgrounds such as psychology or social work are ideal experience for this space. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain). Interest in being a supervisor and growing the Behaviour Support team. Minimum of 5+ years of Behaviour Support experience. Onshore applicants seeking sponsorship will be considered.
