The Campuses Albany Nestled in the Port City of Albany, this campus stands as OneSchool Global’s southernmost outpost in Western Australia. The Southern campus, which encompasses both Albany and Gnowangerup locations, provides education to 12 students in a setting that captures the essence of Western Australia’s coastal charm. Surrounded by the landscapes of the Stirling Ranges, OneSchool Global’s Gnowangerup campus is a truly unique place to teach and learn. Home to 18 students from years 3 to 12, the campus offers a close-knit and supportive learning environment where every individual is valued. The Position As the Campus Principal, you will be responsible for the management and professional leadership of the campus on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the delivery of the curriculum and imbedding our signature Learning to Learn framework with a focus on the student as a self-directed learner, the implementation of the school’s policies and programs and the provision of pastoral care. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity. In this role you will be expected to: Manage the day-to-day operations of the campus ensuring it is operating at its full potential where Students and Staff are able to thrive. Support and respect the School’s Ethos, Values and Guiding Principles Provide professional and instructional leadership ensuring the school curriculum and delivered in line with the Australian Curriculum requirements across Years 3 - 12 In association with the CA and Directors plan the school budget and keep to the agreed budgets Focus on enhanced student achievement and engagement for all students across the school. We require and expect our Campus Principals to take on small teaching loads and support classroom learning as required to ensure you remain hands on and close to the students and staff. About You The successful candidate will have extensive school leadership experience which may include primary sub-school, secondary sub-school, campus leadership or an equivalent level in curriculum development or teaching and learning leadership.
