What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive mobility assessments to understand each client's unique needs and goals Design and deliver personalised assisted stretching sessions that target specific areas of tension and restriction Educate clients on the benefits of regular stretching and proper movement mechanics Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and genuine care Track client progress and adjust treatment plans to maximise results Maintain detailed session notes and client records Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment Essential Qualifications Certificate III or IV in Fitness, Massage Therapy, or related field (or equivalent experience) Current First Aid and CPR certification Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics Excellent hands‑on skills with proper body mechanics and stretching techniques Your Superpowers You're a natural communicator who can explain complex concepts in simple, relatable terms You have genuine empathy and a sincere desire to help others improve their wellbeing You're detail‑oriented and take pride in delivering consistently excellent service You're professional, reliable, and punctual You thrive in a client‑focused environment where every interaction matters You're keen to learn and grow as our field continues to evolve Bonus Points Experience in personal training, physiotherapy, remedial massage, or sports therapy Knowledge of myofascial release techniques Familiarity with injury rehabilitation and chronic pain management Previous experience working with diverse age groups and fitness levels What We Offer Competitive Remuneration: Attractive base rate plus performance incentives and client retention bonuses Comprehensive Training Programme: The right candidate will receive full training through our exclusive StretchFLEX Academy Stretch Therapist Practitioner Course.
