We are now seeking a Creative Strategist and Digital Designer to elevate our brand presence, strengthen our digital storytelling, and shape how A.T.G shows up across every digital touchpoint. This is a hands‑on, highly impactful creative role — blending design, strategy, and execution to create premium, high‑performing assets that drive customer connection and commercial performance in a fast‑paced fashion environment. ROLE PURPOSE As our Creative Strategist and Digital Designer, you will be responsible for leading the creative direction, digital design, and visual strategy across all paid, owned, and earned channels. Working closely with the E‑commerce, Marketing, and Social teams, you’ll transform insights, product stories, and business goals into compelling, high‑converting creative. This role shapes the look and feel of our digital presence — from paid ads and campaign assets to EDM templates, social creative, and web UX updates. You’ll play a pivotal role in evolving and elevating our visual identity, ensuring consistency, premium execution, and strong creative performance across the board. In the end, this role isn’t just about designing beautiful assets; it’s about using creativity strategically to influence the brand’s next stage of growth. You’ll ensure every touchpoint builds connection, supports conversion, and honours A.T.G’s commitment to creativity, innovation, and attention to detail. You care deeply about visual consistency and premium execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Creative Direction and Strategy Lead the development of visual concepts for campaigns, paid media, social, and marketing collateral. Interpret performance insights into actionable creative ideas. Proactively identify creative improvement opportunities. Digital Design and Asset Creation Create assets for Meta, TikTok, Google, website, EDMs, campaigns, and organic channels. Ensure premium, cohesive, and on‑brand outputs. Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity. Create new assets, systems, and guidelines. Website and UX Creative Lead UX/UI enhancements and design updates. Design landing pages, banners, and promotional modules. Performance Creative Develop performance‑led assets informed by trends and data. Improve hooks, variations, and creative formats. Content, EDM and Campaign Design Design campaign lookbooks, EDMs, and social assets. Refresh EDM flows and elevate templates. Production Support Collaborate with content creators for shoots. Edit and retouch imagery and video. Innovation and Trends Stay across digital design, fashion, and UX trends. Bring forward new creative approaches. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work across Marketing, E‑commerce, Production, and Social. Share ideas and contribute to workflow improvements. KEY DETAILS Full‑time position. 12‑month maternity contract (with option to become permanent). Hybrid office / work from home. HQ location: Hawthorn East. Early February 2026 start.
